Stacey Garnes is a lifelong writer and first-time author whose work blends personal truth with poetic expression.

Introduced to journaling at age seven, Stacey developed a passion for storytelling early on, using poetry and prose as a way to process life’s highs and lows. Her journey took a powerful turn after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2024—a life-altering moment that reignited her commitment to writing.

Now, she shares her voice through emotionally rich poetry and compelling fiction, offering readers a glimpse into resilience, love, healing, and the strength it takes to begin again.
